NOTE: Photographers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

  • Your camera , even smart phones will do
  • A medium wide angle lens - recommended 28 to 50mm (full frame equivalent) or a standard zoom
  • Notebook and pen for taking notes
  • Enthusiasm and a creative mindset!

Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • If you need to cancel 5 days notice is required for a refund.
  • Should you need to cancel with less than 5 days notice we are happy to transfer your registration to a future event, however no refund will be available for that event.
  • If we need to cancel or postpone an event we will give you as much notice as possible.
  • If we cancel an event all fees will be refunded in full
  • If we postpone an event (for example due to weather or illness) and you can't make the revised date/time and need to cancel the 5 day notice provisions above apply
